Factory Service Request

Our Charlotte, Michigan campus Factory Service & Repair Center offers a full-line of service and repairs. We have extensive experience servicing fire trucks, ambulances, and a number of other specialty vehicles of all sizes from passenger through Class 8.

Our technicians are certified by the State of Michigan and have earned both ASE and EVT certifications. Our contemporary facility is equipped with 10 service bays and six pits and a certified four-corner drive-through vehicle scale. Our customer lounge is clean, comfortable and offers free WiFi and basic amenities.
